Over the past year, Yale undertook a fleet strategic analysis to determine the model the university should use going forward for its fleet to ensure efficient operations and selected an internal leasing model based upon that instituted at University of Alabama. This webinar will include the options considered, the methodology used to select the best option, and the steps to implement. It will also include the plans going forward to ensure the Yale fleet is at optimal size and efficiency in the next few years and beyond.
