UCLA will demonstrate how leveraging new communication tools within salesforce, dashboards in both tableau, and customer salesforce tools to oversee driver management has streamlined workflows and increased both awareness and engagement with partners. We will discuss some lessons learned about communicating these resources to our campus partners and how soliciting feedback is leading our development into new directions.
