The 2026 NASUF Fleet Workshop will be an in-person event exploring the theme Fleet in the Winner's Circle. Please join us September 21-24, 2026 at Hyatt Regency Indianapolis in Indianapolis, IN for this important event open to the state and university fleet community.

Registration Fees

State & University Fleet Professionals: Registration is complimentary for members of NASUF. Nonmembers who work in or with state or public university fleet organizations are also welcome! Your registration includes access to recorded sessions for on-demand access after the Workshop.

  • Member: Complimentary for primary and secondary members
  • Nonmember: An additional attendee from a state or university fleet organization that is currently member of NASUF - $525 includes complimentary membership through 6/30/2027
  • Nonmember: From a state or university fleet organization that is not member of NASUF- $600 includes complimentary membership through 6/30/2027

Corporate Partners: Corporate Partners receive complimentary registration to the Workshop based on partner level. One additional registration may be purchased per partner. If you have questions regarding registrations available for your company, please contact us before you register.

  • Corporate Partner Representative (Platinum, Gold, and Silver Only): Platinum - 3 complimentary attendees, Gold 2 - complimentary attendees, Silver - 1 complimentary attendee
  • Additional Corporate Partner Attendee (Platinum, Gold, and Silver Only) - $500
  • Non-Member Corporate Representative- $1800

Guest Registration:

Guest registration is only for individuals who do not work in the fleet industry and will be accompanying a regular attendee to Indianapolis (this does not include accompanying the attendee to program sessions). 
Guest Registration is $250 and includes the following (guest registration form will be available in the attendee's confirmation page/email):
  • Breakfast - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Evening reception - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
  • NASUF Giveaway

Please note that lunch is not included with the guest registration. Regular attendees are welcome to bring their guest to the t-shirt swap, but the swap is limited to attendees who work in the fleet industry.


 Sponsorship Opportunities for Corporate Partners 

Corporate Partners are important to the Workshop and the success of NASUF's state and university fleet professionals. The Workshop provides a venue for private sector suppliers and government members to share solutions. To be a Workshop sponsor, you must be a Platinum, Gold, or Silver Corporate Partner.

Opportunities include sponsorship for the following: Lunch, Transportation to the Indianapolis Speedway Reception, Continental Breakfast, and Refreshments Breaks.
